Members are charged for materials when work is fired and we charge £12.50 per kg, dry weight, which includes use of clay, slips, underglazes and glazes. It also includes a bisque firing and a glaze firing to 1220. As an example a large mug costs £2-3 all-in.

Our studio clay is Earthstone 05, a versatile clay that fires to an almost white colour and we have a range of coloured slips and Amaco glazes and underglazes.
